Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with TELIXUS INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Orders may be cancelled only before they are accepted and processed by TELIXUS. Once an order has been accepted, processed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed for any reason.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before submitting an order. Requests for cancellation after order acceptance may not be accommodated.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY TELIXUS

TELIXUS reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion at any time, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Violation of our Terms of Service

  • Shipping or logistical constraints

In the event that TELIXUS cancels an order after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to payment processor policies.

CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is not possible. Any refusal to accept delivery, failure to receive the order, or non-collection of the shipment will not be considered a valid cancellation and will not qualify for a refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All purchases of digital products, downloadable content, or services (if applicable) are final and non-cancellable once access has been granted or delivery has commenced.

NO LIABILITY FOR CANCELLATION OUTCOMES

TELIXUS shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of a cancelled order, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, delay, or inconvenience.
