Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made from TELIXUS INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your payment is successfully processed and your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Order processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, verification checks, and operational requirements.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
TELIXUS ships to addresses within India and may also offer international shipping to select countries. Availability of shipping destinations may change at any time without notice. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate, complete, and deliverable.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
We use third-party shipping carriers and logistics partners to deliver orders. Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery options are selected at our discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout. We do not guarantee the use of any specific carrier.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, or other related charges.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All delivery timelines provided at checkout or in communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. TELIXUS is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, or rejections by customs authorities. If an order is returned or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect documentation, or refusal by the customer, no refund will be issued.
RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership (title) and risk of loss pass to the customer. TELIXUS is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments after dispatch.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. TELIXUS is not liable for non-delivery, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or incorrect address details, the shipment may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and reshipping (if available) will be at the customer’s expense.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information may be provided once the order has been dispatched, subject to carrier availability. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier, and TELIXUS is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in tracking information.
SHIPPING DELAYS
TELIXUS is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delays do not entitle customers to cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or compensation.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the package and product condition. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of any claim. Claims are subject to carrier investigation and our internal review.
